The Fitness Made Clear online coaching app is an all in one app used by FMC members.
Through the app members can:
- Access workouts custom made for their fitness level and goals.
-Watch exercise videos and receive detailed descriptions of each exercise.
-Log results from each workout
-Upload videos of themselves performing an exercise to receive technique cues from their coach.
-Track body composition measurements including weight, circumference, body fat and progress photos.
